Pinar de Campoverde is a village of 3,000 residents located at the foot of the Sierra de Escalona mountain range, in the southernmost quarter of the Alicante province close to the Murcia border. Pinar de Campoverde is characterised by its elevated position with stunning views over vast orange groves and pine forests to the North and West, and also across the coastal plains to the Mediterranean and Mar Menor seas to the Southeast.
To the South West of the village is the famous Rio Seca Natural Park where you can walk along the usually dry bed of the river.
